1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TutorConnect Pakistan ("the platform") at tutorconnectpk.online, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who We Are

TutorConnect Pakistan is an online platform that helps parents in Pakistan find verified home and online tutors for their children. We facilitate discovery, matching, and in-app communication between parents and tutors.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a parent or tutor. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide (name, CNIC, qualifications, etc.) is accurate and true.

4. Match Fee & Payments

• Parents pay a one-time match fee of Rs. 300 to unlock chat with a tutor.
• Of every match fee, a portion is credited to the tutor's wallet as their earning.
• Payments can be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer.
• Manual payments require a transaction ID and/or screenshot for verification by our team.
• All match fees are non-refundable once the chat has been unlocked.

5. Tutor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate qualifications, experience, and contact details.
• Upload genuine documents and certificates for verification.
• Respond to parent messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver the agreed teaching service directly with the parent after the match.

6. Parent Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your child's class and subjects.
• Pay the match fee through the approved payment methods.
• Communicate respectfully with tutors through the in-app chat.

7. Platform Role

TutorConnect Pakistan only facilitates the introduction between parents and tutors. We are not a party to the actual tuition agreement, and we are not responsible for the quality of tuition, attendance, or payment of monthly tuition fees, which are arranged directly between the parent and tutor.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing fake credentials, fake reviews, or impersonating others.
• Using the chat for harassment, abuse, or sharing illegal content.
• Bypassing the platform to avoid the match fee after viewing tutor details.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.

Violations may result in account suspension or removal without refund.

9. Reviews & Ratings

Parents may leave honest ratings and reviews for tutors after a match. Reviews must be based on real experiences. We may remove reviews that are abusive, false, or violate these Terms.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutorConnect Pakistan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or the tuition services arranged through it.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
