3. How We Use Your Information

• To match parents with suitable tutors based on city, subject, and class level.
• To process payments and credit tutor wallets after a successful match.
• To enable in-app chat between parents and tutors.
• To send notifications about matches, payments, and messages.
• To verify tutor credentials and maintain platform trust.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. Tutor profile details (name, qualifications, photo, city, area, fee) are visible to parents browsing the platform. Contact details (WhatsApp, CNIC) are only shared after a parent pays the match fee. We may share data with service providers (e.g. cloud hosting) strictly to operate the platform.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication via Google OAuth. Payment screenshots and documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage.

6. Your Rights

You can edit your profile, delete uploaded documents/photos, and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile, matches, and messages from the platform.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

The platform is intended for use by parents and tutors (adults). We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. Information about students is provided by parents.
